"If you are in need of a realtor I would highly recommend Joy. She is dedicated, hardworking, thoughtful, honest, and straight forward. Joy helped facilitate the sale of our home and the purchase of another. Her analysis helped us accurately price our home, which ultimately sold in just 10 days. My wife and I made finding the new home a difficult task. We limited our search to a few small neighborhoods and knew exactly what we wanted. Joy was diligent, searching those neighborhoods on a daily basis and informing us of any new listings. She showed us the house we would eventually purchase on the day it was listed. The offer was written, submitted, and accepted that same day. Speed and efficiency are very important in this market and Joy will get the job done for you. "If you're having trouble picking an agent, Joy's the one!!!While the most recent service Joy provided was regarding the sale of our townhome in Portland, Joy has as also assisted my family with purchasing two homes (one in Portland and another in Oregon City). She's professional, personable, and all around excellent at what she does. It's obvious she was meant to be a real estate agent.
